Indie Spice offers a wide variety of low-fat, healthy food. Our menu lists an array of lean meat, fresh vegetables, lentils, beans and pulses.
We use many traditional herbs and spices in the preparation of our dishes. The use of cardamom or black pepper is a key component of any Indian meal. Vitally however, the use of these herbs and spices reduce the amount of salt we use in our recipes, without diminishing flavour.
We believe a healthy menu means less fat, less salt, less sugar and more fibre. Our unique mix of vegetables, spices, and lean meat offers just that.
